With their extensive knowledge of the area and the current environment, they were able to help me understand what needed to be done to the property to prepare it, as well as what budget I would need to get it done. They had the connections to help me find contractors that got the work done in a timely manner and stayed within my budget. I was always kept up to date on everything that was going on and was never caught by surprise throughout the whole process. They also supported me in closing on the sale remotely.
