Alison was a godsend! My daughter was given 6 weeks to vacate by a landlord and with 3 children she needed a house in the district. Rentals were unavailable and land contract offers weren’t being considered. Alison was diligent and determined to help. She set out to solve this family crisis in a booming market where homes were purchased overnight. She located a house that could have gone land contract and we moved forward on it. As my daughter was still a grad student she was not ready to purchase a house so I decided to make the purchase outright to sell to her at a later date. The stress of our predicament was overwhelming and we couldn’t have been in better hands! Alison’s personality was confident and caring, her knowledge was outstanding and her negotiating skills just terrific guiding us through the process that we were suddenly thrust in. She was responsive whenever contacted with questions and we moved quickly through the entire process from offer to closing in 4 weeks!
